This bold and warm-toned exterior remodel features premium James Hardie® Dream Collection™ Lap Siding in the rich, caramel-toned Burnt Toffee, accented with deep Burly Brown trim for a grounded, earthy, and high-end aesthetic. The Dream Collection™ offers an expanded color palette with over 700 ColorPlus® finishes, and this project highlights just how impactful that customization can be. The factory-finished Burnt Toffee siding and Burly Brown 5/4×4 trim were chosen to create visual warmth and depth, all while providing the long-term durability and fade resistance that only ColorPlus® Technology can offer.

As always, the Alpine Exteriors crew started by removing the previous siding and evaluating the sheathing for damage or signs of water intrusion. Once prepped, we wrapped the home in James Hardie’s HardieWrap® weather barrier, ensuring optimal moisture control and air sealing before siding installation began.

Alpine Siding was enthusiastic about installing James Hardie Colorplus Dream collection pre-painted siding and trim. This was totally unlike the other contractors contacted who whined that it was too difficult, that they never did it that way, and that they would chip and mar the concrete siding during installation so much that the entire project would have to be painted anyway. Alpine Sidings installers did a fast, professional job. They not only nailed the trim pieces together, they glued them together as well. They carefully handled the product so that there was very little touchup. Plus, we had had a new deck and railings installed the year prior, and the workers were very careful not to scratch these.
