For Project 1728, Alpine Exteriors delivered a complete exterior transformation using James Hardie® ColorPlus® lap siding in Boothbay Blue, accented with Arctic White 5/4×4 trim, bold 5/4×8 belly bands, and cleanly finished Hardie® porch soffits — bringing coastal charm and high-performance protection to this Pacific Northwest home.

The original siding system had begun to fail, showing signs of moisture intrusion, cracked boards, and fading finishes. Our team began by performing a full removal of the aging exterior and conducting targeted rot repairs throughout the structure. We then sealed the building envelope with HardieWrap® weather barrier, creating a secure, breathable foundation for long-term protection against water intrusion.
